DES MOINES, Iowa, and SALISBURY, MD., Dec. 20, 2017 – DuPont Pioneer and Perdue AgriBusiness announced plans to increase acreage of Pioneer® brand Plenish®high oleic soybeans in Mid-Atlantic regions including Maryland, Delaware, southeast Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and western Virginia for 2018 production.

Virginia Grower Again Breaks World Record with Pioneer® P1197AM™ Brand Corn

DES MOINES, Iowa, Dec. 18, 2017 - The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) announced today that David Hula, a resident of Charles City, Virginia, set a new world corn yield record with 542 bushels per acre using Pioneer® P1197AM™ brand corn, breaking his 2015 record of 532 bushels per acre. Hula previously set record-breaking yields in 2013 with Pioneer® hybrid P2088YHR, as well.

JOHNSTON, Iowa, Dec. 13, 2017 — DuPont Pioneer announced today that it will offer 56 new high yield potential Pioneer® brand A-Series soybean products for growers in the U.S. and Canada in 2018. This new class of outstanding varieties builds the overall performance advantage for the 110 Pioneer brand A-series soybeans commercialized in the past two seasons to 2.0 bu/acre. This lead was measured in more than 42,000 on-farm comparisons against competitive varieties ranging in maturity from groups 000 to 7.

DES MOINES, Iowa, Nov. 29, 2017 – DuPont Pioneer announced today that farmers will have additional acres available for production contracts of Pioneer® brand Plenish®^ high oleic soybeans for the 2018 growing season. Soybeans contracted under this program will be processed by Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) in Frankfort, Indiana, and a network of elevators, increasing grower access to this value-added market opportunity.
