Rhizoctonia root rot is showing up in some water-logged soils throughout the Upper Gulf Coast of Texas. Several species of fungi combine to makeup rhizoctonia, which exists in both plant residue and soil. Soil Health, On-Farm Conservation Practices at Center of New Sustainability Initiative
Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont, recently announced a two-year agreement to support the efforts of The Nature Conservancy to help farmers grow food more sustainably, while protecting water quality. The initiative will accelerate environmental sustainability and increase productivity for farmers who operate in the Mississippi watershed.
