It also marks the end of the Farm Progress Show and the auction of the Pioneer-branded, fully custom Timpte 42’ Super Hopper trailer to raise money for the FFA. Merger Between Dow and DuPont Successfully Completed
The merger of equals between The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont effectively completed Aug. 31, 2017. The combined entity is operating as a holding company under the name DowDuPontTM with three divisions — Agriculture, Materials Science and Specialty Products.
Once each division has its own processes, people, assets, systems and licenses in place to operate independently from the parent company, DowDuPont intends to separate them, which is expected to occur within 18 months…Read more
